About Us
Educated and trained as a clinical psychologist, Dr. Dinardo received his Ph.D. from the University of Houston. He also completed education and training as a specialist in Organization Development (OD) at the National Training Laboratories, Institute of Applied Behavioral Science (NTL) in Bethal, Maine, "The Mecca for OD consulting". Dr. Dinardo’s practice of clinical psychology has given him a decided advantage in management consulting because of his insights into human nature that can be gained only through years of clinical practice. He has a wide range of experience in organization development and has consulted with top executives for two decades. Further, his experience as a sport and performance psychologist has shaped a highly effective approach to his work in the corporate world. Dr. Dinardo has worked with organizations and executives in many product and service areas. |
